Below are my TOS for commissions:

Please be sure to read all of my TOS that applies to you before following through with a commission. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

The best way to keep up with me is by joining my discord server, I also have a telegram channel and I am very active on bluesky. All of those can be found on the socials and contact tab.

General Commission process:

Once a commission is accepted you have 48 hours to get a refund if the art is not yet started. Once the project has begun there will be no refunds.


Payment must be up front, in full and the exact amount stated unless offered otherwise. I accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Cashapp

When paying please leave all notes blank and use goods and services options when available. Do not add any silly notes. Payment processors are attacking furry and mature artists and flag anything they deem unfit.

When the commission is started there will be checkpoints, at each checkpoint you will be required to give me the go ahead before I continue. My pace once I begin is determined by your response time.


The general checkpoint lineup:

  • Sketch 1 (rough and posing for more complicated pieces)
  • Sketch 2 (refined with the final details)
  • Line art (this is your last chance to change anything line related)
  • Color (this is the flat colors, make sure your characters markings are correct)
  • Shading (this is the final step unless you get a flat comm, double check the shading and color looks good)

Some commission types have a different process, such as sculptures and masks, so please speak up as I send photo updates if anything should be changed! Stuff like YCHs and PWYW may not have many updates, if I miss key details please speak up!

Misc commission agreements

  • I reserve the right to end a commission agreement for any reason I see fit.
  • I do not have a set turnaround time, but if you have any questions I will always answer!

  • I hold onto my digital files and finished art pieces indefinitely, so if you commission me and lose it feel free to come back to me! I will happily re send it to you.
  • Since I hold onto files I will happily do edits for an additional charge on fairly recently done pieces (Within 6 months).
  • All art will be posted publicly unless the commissioner explicitly states they do not want it posted.

Certain commission types may have additional TOS, please be sure to read them and feel free to ask about anything.

Commission content:

There's plenty of things I am willing to draw that aren't explicitly stated on my commission sheets. I LOVE  doing new things, and trying new things that I haven't before, so I encourage you to challenge me!

Wills and Wonts:

I WILL draw:

If something is not explicitly listed, please feel free to ask! I will happily talk things over.

If you can dream it: I can do it!

I will happily draw:

  • Over movie scenes / screenshots
  • Over actual photos of you
  • Over memes
  • Existing characters in media
  • Generic Pokémon / creatures / animals (not just OC's)
  • ANY species (this includes humans!)
  • In different art styles (I can alter my styles to fit more specific things, like rubber hose!) 
I will not draw:

  • Over other artists work
  • Anything illegal 
  • Anything morally questionable even in fantasy setting
  • Underage characters in questionable situations

It is OK to:

  • Use my art for pose reference (sketching over it for a rough idea is fine!)
  • Take inspiration from my work
  • Take inspiration from my art style
  • Ask me questions or tips or tricks!
  • Share my art outside of social media posts (but try to always credit me, or share the watermarked version!)

Please do not ever:

  • Draw over or trace my work
  • Steal my work or claim it as your own
  • Sell my work as merchandise without my permission
  • Put any of my work Into any sort of AI
  • Upload my work to X (previously twitter) 
  • Remove my signature or watermark
  • Edit my work AT ALL without permission (this includes removing backgrounds, or color correction, etc.) If you ask I can probably do it myself for you

Agreement:

 I retain all commercial rights for my art and any derivative pieces that may come up unless otherwise spoken about. 

By commissioning me It means that you agree to, and are legally bound by my terms of service. 

Custom Sculptures

When purchasing a custom sculpture from me please note:
  • All normal TOS still apply and when purchasing a custom sculpture you agree to said terms.
  • Custom Sculptures will start at a baseline price, upcharges or price decreases will be applied and discussed based on complexity.
  • I am open to Mature sculpts but you will have to age verify. Please see my mature TOS on how to age verify.
  • If your sculpture breaks in shipping, or later in its life you can mail it back (at your expense) and I will fix it the best I can free of charge.



Custom Stickers

When purchasing a custom sticker from me please note:
  • All normal TOS still apply and when purchasing custom stickers you agree to said terms.
  • Custom stickers will be priced the same as my digital commissions, so please see those prices for reference.
  • On average a sheet will produce 6 roughly 3in stickers, sometimes 9 but they're a bit smaller. You can buy one sheet for 15$, and you can purchase as many as you would like.
  • You can come back to me at any point in the future to buy some more stickers! 
  • All stickers will be sprayed with UV protection and laminated just like the ones on my store.
  • I am open to mature stickers but you will have to age verify, commission prices still apply. To see how to age verify see my mature TOS.
  • I will not print stickers of art from other artists.


PWYW commissions:

When purchasing a PWYW commission please note:

  • All normal TOS still apply
  • PWYW commissions will start at varying rates depending on what is being offered. That base amount will be stated in the commission listings.
  • PWYW commissions are majority artistic liberty. While I will happily listen to requests the final will normally be up to me.
  • It is up to me what you will receive based off of what you pay. Ofc my goal is to be fair and give you art you are happy with, I have some general pre set ranges / guidelines on how I will choose what you get. I will often reference my normal commissions prices for that.
  • I am open to mature but those will have a higher baseline amount, and mature requires age verification. To see how to verify see my mature TOS.

Posca / Painted / Traditional commissions:

When purchasing a painted commission please note:

  • All normal TOS still apply
  • The process will be very similar to digital commissions, I will normally do the same checkpoints as well. Though please remember that digital art is more forgiving, traditional art will have much more harsh cutoff
  • Most physical pieces will be UV seal/spray coated for the pieces protection.
  • Unless requested all badge commissions will be laminated and hole punched, and will come with a badge clip.
  • I am open to Mature art but those will have a higher baseline amount, and mature art requires age verification. To see how to verify see my mature TOS.


Fursuit mask / part commissions:

When purchasing a fursuit mask please note:

  • All normal TOS still apply
  • There will be photo checkpoints, please be sure to speak up if things should be changed or fixed!
  • There will be a baseline price for any fursuit item and complexity charges based off the design
  • If there is any damage in the future, you can mail the part back (at your expense) and I will fix it free of charge
  • I am open to Mature parts, this requires age verification. To see how to verify see my mature TOS.
