Terms of service

Please be sure to read all of my TOS that applies to you before following through with a commission.

I WILL draw: 

• Furries (Anthro / Feral)
• Humans / Humanoids
• Pets / Animals
• Objects
• Plants focal
• Pokémon / Similar OC's
• Blood / Gore / Wounds
• Weapons
• Mechs
• Landscapes
• Vent art / Emotional
• Body horror 

I WONT draw:

• Racist 
• Ableist
• Feral NSFW
• Pedophilic 
• Zoophilic
• Abusive
• Harmful / Misinformation
• Hateful
• Anti LGBTQ+
• Transphobic

If something is not explicitly listed, please feel free to ask! I will happily talk things over.

Once a commission is accepted you have 48 hours to get a refund if the art is not yet started. Once the sketch has begun there will be no refunds.

Payment must be up front, in full and the exact amount stated. I accept PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp

When paying please write in the note what your paying for, ex: "10$ commission" and use goods and services options when available. 

Please only tip through my Kofi While I appreciate when people throw some extra money when commissioning, I'd like to keep all tips through Kofi, Thank you!

When the commission is started there will be checkpoints, at each checkpoint you will be required to give me the go ahead before I continue. My pace once I begin is determined by your response time.

The checkpoints are as follows:

• Sketch 1 (rough and posing)
• Sketch 2 (refined with the final details)
• Line art (this is your last chance to change anything line related)
• Color (this is the flat colors, make sure your characters markings are correct)
• Shading (this is the final step unless you get a flat comm, double check the shading and color looks good)

Each checkpoint I am more then happy to make any changes! But once we move past the line art checkpoint there will be NO line edits (unless I forgot something I said I would change) 

I reserve the right to end a commission agreement for any reason I see fit.

I do not have a set turnaround time, but if you have any questions I will always answer!

I hold onto my files and finished art pieces indefinitely, so if you commission me and lose it feel free to come back to me! I will happily re send it to you.

That being said, since I hold onto files I will happily do edits for an additional charge on fairly recently done pieces (within 6 months).

All art will be posted publicly unless the commissioner explicitly states they do not want it posted.

There's plenty of things I am willing to draw that aren't explicitly stated on my commission sheets. I LOVE  doing new things, and trying new things that I haven't before, so I encourage you to challenge me!

If you can dream it: I can do it!

I will happily draw:

• Over movie scenes / screenshots
• Over actual photos of you
• Over memes
• Existing characters in media
• Generic Pokémon / creatures / animals (not just OC's)
• ANY species (this includes humans!)
• In different art styles (I can alter my styles to fit more specific things, like rubber hose!) 

I will not draw:

• Over other artists work
• Anything illegal 
• Anything morally questionable
• Underage characters in questionable situations

It is OK to:

• Use my art for pose reference (sketching over it for a rough idea is fine!)
• Take inspiration from my work
• Take inspiration from my art style
• Ask me questions or tips or tricks!
• Share my art outside of social media posts (but try to always credit me, or share the watermarked version!)

Please do not ever:

• Draw over or trace my work
• Steal my work or claim it as your own
• Sell my work as merchandise without my permission
• Put any of my work Into any sort of AI
• Remove my signature or watermark
• Edit my work AT ALL without permission (this includes removing backgrounds, or color correction, etc.) If you ask I can probably do it myself for you

 In agreeing to commission me for a Moonsnap card you: 

• Agree to the sale of the card with the art on it 
• Will be credited as the owner of the character on the card, and it will state so on the card
• Will be allowed to buy your specific Fursona card in bulk, and are allowed to sell said bulk

The official rule document also will state that characters designs featured on Fursona cards are not to be copied, and belong to their respective owners. 

 I retain all commercial rights for my art and any derivative pieces that may come up unless otherwise spoken about. 

By commissioning me It means that you agree to, and are legally bound by my terms of service. 

Below are additional TOS relating exclusively to NSFW commissions, If you are uninterested in such you do not have to read past this point.

I WILL draw: 

• Any genital type (provided it is not clearly ripped straight from real life animals, everything must be stylized)
• Any species (anthro only)
• Over actual photos of you (ask before sending photos)
• Actual toys you have / want (ask before sending photos)
• Art inspired by other art, I will do it in my own style and modify posing / composition 

I WONT draw:

• Exact replicas of other artists work
• Age ups of existing minor characters
• Anything morally questionable or illegal

In addition:

• Age verification is MANDETORY If you do not wish to verify, you will not get NSFW art from me
• If you are getting art with someone else, both parties must verify their age

I enjoy trying new things and drawing almost any kinks! Above are just some things I enjoy drawing! So long as its not explicitly stated below I'm probably happy to do it, so just ask!

For harder kinks that may be upsetting to some people, I may not publicly post it to most places, but feel free to share it
